Choice Reefer Systems Limited, Earns ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Belleville, Ontario, June 21, 2005 – Choice Reefer Systems Limited, today formally announced their re-certification to ISO 9001:2000 Quality System registration from ITS Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. CRS is one of the first dedicated temperature controlled LTL carrier to gain certification to the new ISO standard in Canada.

“Achieving our re-certification after 3 years of applying ISO procedures and processes, demonstrates our continued commitment to increasing customer satisfaction and improving our service quality systems,” stated Dianne Wilson, VP Operations CRS.

ITS Quality management system registration program registers organizations whose quality management systems conform to international quality standards, such as the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9000 series. The new ISO 9001:2000 standard was developed by an international body of quality management system experts and was officially released in December 2000. Qualifying for registration is an extensive process, taking at least six months and up to two years to complete detailed audits and evaluations of documentation and processes. Choice Reefer Systems Limited original audit took place on June 3, 2002 and was conducted by Nigel Young-Chin, an auditor from Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario
